Another option is to send your resume to applicants@harvestaff.com with the subject specified as to which position you are interested in and the respective location, for example: “Field Worker” position and “Cary, North Carolina” location.

  • In your “Find a Job” search, you can filter criteria by location, title, and keywords. You can also follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts for the newest jobs as they are published.

  • On average, a recruiter will respond to you within one to two business days if your profile matches our client’s qualifications.

  • This occurs when the position is no longer available. However, we encourage you to keep searching for more opportunities!

Employees - Frequently Asked Questions

  • An Onboarding Specialist will contact you to begin the pre-employment screening process. The sooner a candidate completes the required paperwork and screens, the faster we can confirm a start date for you with our client.

  • Most jobs are paid weekly via direct deposit.

  • Access to paystubs and W-2 forms can be located within the Greenshades portal.

  • Request a new W-4 from your contractor liaison.

  • Our benefits coordinator will reach out to you to go through the benefits.
